Maintains complete knowledge and understanding of any tender or bidding requests from
customer / partner and recommends approach to tender (bidding structure) accordingly
• Manages the registration of the company with target organizations to ensure invitation to
relevant tenders and smooth submission process
• Responsible for tender evaluation and bid management processes
• Leads the preparation of RFI/RFP response in collaboration with the Sales, Product
Management, Software, Operations, Legal and Finance teams.
• Conducts site surveys, attends pre-bid meetings, analyzes customer s requirements,
identifies solution architecture and components, performs technical design work and
defines BOQ.
• Produces and edits the proposals from a techno-commercial perspective including
software, hardware, infrastructure, workflows, drawings, diagrams, charts, work plan,
project staffing, etc.
• Submits, follows up and acquires all needed documentations and approvals for the bidding
process.
• Supports in proposals and contracts negotiations to close deals while minimizing risks and
ensuring profitability.
• Liaises with Operations division to hand over all project details for awarded contracts.
• Educates clients and channel partners about relevant products and technologies through
presentations, marketing materials, site visits, etc.
• Responsible for entering any required information in the CRM system, and ensuring that
accurate documentation is presented at all times.
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
• Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
• Obtain factored / sub supplier costs where necessary.
• Follow up proposal with contractors & consultant or direct customers
• Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
• Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off
in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
• Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
• Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
