Job Responsibilities: ➢ Checking the safe work plan before starting the work.
➢ Contract daily / weekly / monthly inspection of the fire fighting equipments
➢ Ensure the availability and quality of PPE
➢ Inspection of Scaffolds tags with indication of color code.
➢ Auditing monthly color code and fire extinguisher tags should be maintained.
➢ Preparation of accident, incident and near-miss reports, the root cause for the accidents and its preventive measures and participate in Accident / Incident Investigation
➢ Conduct safety tool box meeting.
➢ Coordination with the client's safety officers regarding safety procedure on the jobsite.
➢ Coordination with the sub-contractor's safety department from time to time regarding safety matters.

➢ Inspection of workers and equipments on the jobsite to ensure proper preventive steps to avoid recurrences.
➢ Inspection of all electrical and mechanical equipments to ensure its safety and working condition.
➢ Inspection of all hot work places to ensure that the hot work is done in strict compliance of the requirements for hot work activity.
➢ Checking all permits for the related jobs.
➢ Preparing company accident statistics or management reports
➢ Conduct and coordinate the training of workers in conformance to the plant HSE program.
➢ Monitor all site activities to ensure that all safety procedures.
➢ Providing proper access and barricades
➢ Make sure the necessary work permit prepared before begin the jobs
➢ Put necessary safety precaution before starting any job.
➢ Prepared daily reports to be submitted to the immediate supervisor.
➢ Patrol work sites to detect unsafe condition and practices, i.e. related accidents, fire and dangerous occurrences, safety equipments inspection etc.
➢ Conduct weekly safety meeting with sub-contractor.
➢ Examine plans and specifications of new machinery or equipment to determine if all the safety requirements have been included.
➢ Reminding all workers that the safety is the best policy and to target Zero accident.
➢ Before leaving the job-site, make sure that all unfinished jobs such as open pit, overheads and other must have safety precaution of sign-board and safety tape to avoid accident.
