• To ensure compliance with H&S Rules and Procedures.
• Ensuring pro-active monitoring of the workplace.
• Closeout of the observation of the authorities
• Preparation of HSE Static report on weekly and monthly basis for monitoring of HSE Management System.
• Preparation of Self - Assessment and CAR report weekly.
• Conducting weekly inspection with consultants
• Visual Inspection of plants(shovel, Skid loader, back hoe, Tele-handler), lifting equipment's(Crane, Man/Material Hoist, Cradle), lifting gears( web-sling, Chain sling, wire ropes) and electrical tools, maintain their inspection records for audit purpose.
• Arrangement of third party inspection of lifting gears and equipment's.
• Monitoring of effect on environment of different construction activities and maintaining records for audit. Insure the Safety of Scaffolding
• Insure the Safety of Equipment and its Safety certificate attached.
• Insure that all Labour Understand the Company Safety Policy and Wearing P.P.E.
• Conduct the Safety Tool box Talk and Safety Induction
• Reporting and Investigation of any Accident Happen at Site.
• Insure the Good Housekeeping and Tidiness of Materials
• Insure the Safety of all Electrical Distribution(DB)
• Checking Regularly the Fire Extinguishers are in Place
• Insure the Safety Environment Welding ARC or Gas Carried out.
• Insure the Safety of the Excavations
