Serpah Soft Solutions is providing Banking solutions, Payroll Systems, School Management Solutions, Sports
utilities Package and Inventory & Account Management Solutions. Seraph Soft Solution have 80 + banks, 50+
schools and multiples shops as their clients. I was involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
including designing phase. Responsible for building, managing and leading the IT team. Responsible for
implementing organization strategies and procedures. Manage all the IT operations, set direction and strategy
of the company. Lead entire team consisting of 18 software engineers. Involved in direct interaction with
management, testing team and clients. Also provided training to clients.
MAJOR PROJECTS
Marine Security System
Currently working on the Marine Security system of the State of Qatar. Registration of Qatari and Foreign
media, sailors details, all the movements of crafts and jet skier are tracked by the system. The system provides
complete statistics of boats in the sea at any interval including the delayed medias. Tablet version of marine system
is available so that field officers can register the movements boats and register them with the photo of boats.
