Roles and Responsibilities
A) New Business Development
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Following up new business opportunities & Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
B) Client Retention
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Product training to the Team and doctors.
• Handling Installation and troubleshooting with team.
C) Business Development Planning
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. (MEDICA-Germany, ARAB Health, Dubai Derma & Dubai Physio etc...).
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
A)-Service/ Maintenance and Technical.
• Installation of new equipments.
• Preventive Maintenance
• Arranging and providing demonstration to the clients.
• Handling customers call related to repair & Maintenance.
• Providing Technical Training to the paramedical staff and Doctors in the clinics
• Preventive Maintenance and schedule maintenance of equipments.
• Trouble shooting and serving on complaints.
• Providing online, telephonic support and onsite supports to the doctors and other technicians.
B)-Sales and Marketing
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
• Searching and adding new business like new brands to the company.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Calculating client quotations and administering client.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
• Preparing daily report.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending and organizing stands in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events like ICAAM, Professional Beauty GCC, Arab Health and Dubai Derma.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for executing installation, repair, preventive maintenance and calibrations of many Biomedical Devices.
• Handling technical & operational activities of installing biomedical equipments.
• Repaired several biomedical machines
• Providing troubleshooting solutions; resolving all service calls.
• Provide training to new nursing staff on medical equipments installed in ICU.
• Meet with in charges of critical care departments on daily basis.
• Maintain the documentation for biomedical equipments.
• Supervised set up of five new modular OTs and one recovery room/Post-OP.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Site Survey.
• Pre installation Planning.
• Installation and configuration of Radars and Sensors.
• Troubleshooting of problems on site.
• Maintenance of the systems(RADARS)
• Daily Report Preparation of Maintenance Task.
Post Graduation Diploma in Biomedical Equipments and Technology CDAC Mohali Punjab India.
