• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and
applications.
• To provide support as & when an Incident or Order is raised by the users.
• To handle all technical issues related to IT infrastructure.
• To add each user in KNPC Domain, configure their outlook, portal &
other KNPC approved apps.
• To replace the existing hardware at KNPC HO & all Refineries.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password
issues.
• To install, configure & connect personal & network printers & scanners.
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
• Network troubleshooting and other technical support
