* Invoice Preparation and Submission.
* Cash and Bank Reconciliation.
* Assisting to Prepare Pay Roll (Time Sheet, Overtime Calculation, Deductions & Arrears).
* Assisting to Prepare Monthly Profit and Loss and other required reports to Management.
Stock checking of all the shipments based on purchase order.
* Responsible for Investigating and report for the Short and Excess received in the shipments.
* Picking, scanning and packing of the products for distribution to dealers and retail outlets.
* Generating necessary paperwork for all stock movement to different retail locations.
* Prepares and submit reports to Warehouse Manager / supervisor as to the activities of the day
i.e. Number of incoming / outbound shipments, destinations and other matter related to day
to day activity of the warehouse.
