To set up the Quality Management system and expectations in the Request for proposal and at the start of the project.
In project and programme Quality management roles, Mujeebuddin has led large multi-disciplinary QA/QC teams delivering the high set-forth Quality objectives and he has used his strong developed QA/QC skills which is gained by effective leadership, strong communication, contractual and commercial awareness, teamwork, problem solving, data driven decision making, sustain the process performance improvement etc. and to provide direction to Engineering, Procurement includes factory testing of materials, Construction/pre-commissioning services to handover over and close out of project accordingly to the high quality requirements as per the contract documents and customer satisfaction.
Mujeebuddin has fulfilled the role of QA/QC manager. The duties of his role involved on quality works leadership, setup of Quality system by establishing of QA/QC plans, inspection & test plans, procedures, and other quality related documents etc., identifying risk and its mitigation base on Engineering, Procurement and Construction to initial handover phase of project, , effective planning of the QA/QC work activities, independently monitoring and management of quality activities of multi disciplines works i.e. civil, Mechanical, HVAC works, firefighting, Plumbing works, Electrical, Instrumentation and control system which includes the inspection and testing of works as per the ITP and work procedures and all other quality assurance / quality control functions in compliance with the contract documents and applicable standards/specifications on services related to Engineering, Procurement, Construction to Initial handover of projects, technical evaluation and selection of vendors, management of Non-conformances, identifying the root causes and preventive measures, project QA/QC reporting and onsite quality related queries and finding its solutions. He has also been responsible for working with client on performance improvement by set up of key performance indicators and its measures, management and dealing with audits, in order to have continual performance improvement of QMS and the work processes, review of contract and commercial documents from quality aspects.
Mujeebuddin has strongly committed to beyond zero principles and the culture of caring. On programme and projects management role, Mujeebuddin drives improvements on safety culture by closely working with the safety team of the contractors with the objective of eliminating accidents, near misses and harm to his co-workers. He has also been involved in proactive safety observations i.e. positive and negative which has led to the effective improvement of safety performance within the organization.

•Successfully completed major Saudi Aramco Oil producing facility project at Khursaniyah
Saudi Arabia, value approx. 1.2 billion SAR.
•Successfully completed Saudi Kayan Petrochemical complex project at Jubail Saudi Arabia, value approx.850million SAR
•Successfully completed Saudi Aramco khuff condensate project at Rastanura refinery Saudi Arabia, value approx. 900 million SAR.
•Successfully completed Saudi Aramco Sea water conversion project at Abqaiq Saudi
Arabia, value approx.800 million SAR.
•Successfully completed Saudi Aramco jubail refinery, MMG light/Scot 1 revamp project at
Jubail, value approx. 750 million SAR.
•Successfully completed Marafiq Sea water reverse Osmosis project at Jubail Saudi Arabia value approx.450 million SAR.
•Successfully completed Marafiq sanitary and waste treatment plant projects at Jubail Saudi Arabia, value approx.400 million SAR.
•Successfully completed at Marafiq replacement of potable water pipeline project and Additional waste water pipeline project at Jubail Saudi Arabia, value approx.380 million SAR.
