Current Job Achievement Operation Manager (Purchases, Logistics & Stores) ✓ Effectively set up an operational branch warehouse in Hyderabad. Developed local vendors & logistic partners. Present Job Role & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for handling all day-to-day issues related to Purchases, Logistics & Stores in Telangana & AP.
•Follow up, shortlist, and analyzing of quotations in detail for pricing, availability, payment terms, & lead time.
•Executing all incoming orders, starting from receiving customer PO, arranging & comparing quotations, shortlisting vendors, Issuing PO to vendors, collecting material from vendors, and delivering to customers.
•Sourcing, analyzing, and developing potential and credible vendors to support our regular requirements.
•Responsible for all vendor's finalization, Inspection of material for quality check, Dispatching/Issuing Invoices
•Working closely with the customer purchase team, stores, project head & other users to increase the volume of orders and smooth execution of deliveries. Managing issues related to quality, short supply, and rejection.
•Constant searching for reliable vendors & manufacturers to fulfill our requirements. Both local & International
•Ensure timely release of vendor payment. Follow up with the finance team for vendor ledger reconciliation.
•Constantly working towards improving profitability for every order through reverse costing and negotiation.
Job Role & Responsibilities: Manager -Purchase & Stores
•Ensuring all incoming materials are as per documents with clear mention of damage & short supply accurately
•Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, and reconciling with the data storage system.
•Updating periodically on Dead Stock/ Obsolete/ Expired Stock. Ensuring timely Pickup of stock as per order.
•Verifying quantity matches with an order list and goods are packed properly so no transit damage arises.
•Work with the internal logistics & cross-functional team to solve the issues quickly and effectively.
•Ensure the movement of Finished goods to the appropriate location and update the data in SAP system.
Job Role & Responsibilities: Logistics & Warehouse Incharge
•Review the production schedule. Coordinate with customers & shipping team on deadlines and sailing schedule
•Update self-daily with raw & finish stock. Daily & weekly dispatches. Pending shipping documents & payments.
•Ensuring timely Pickup of stock as per order & schedule. Arranging shipping documents & transporters.
•Communicate promptly to the customers about the dispatch details. Analyze the internal situation and anticipate problems in delays. Inform in advance in case of such delays. Reschedule shipment accordingly
•In the case of L/C Review & coordinate with customers, accounts & shipping team to open clean workable L/C
Job Role & Responsibilities: Business Development Manager
•Developing new business and increasing existing sales of gifting & promotional products by understanding client's needs to generate business by translating their ideas & concepts into products that customer desire.
•Analyzing promotions and gifting patterns locally and across the globe for new concepts, products & services.
•Supporting management in developing new vendors for supplying promotional and gift items for branding
•Developing and marketing Confix and other solutions like employee & corporate gifting, rewarding and recognition programs, and another initiative to motivate employees toward loyalty and better productivity.
•Part of the Team, which achieved success in Implementing SAP. Represented the sales team in implementation
