Project Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
•Analyzing and Understanding of business requirements, functional specifications, draft project specification document & Blue print.
•Work closely with Development and Daily interaction with multiple users - all belonging to different departments and divisions to ensure on time delivery & smooth running of the applications.
•Analyze medium to high effort business/customer requests and propose/implement solutions & workarounds and define Full Data file and delta extract process.
•Integrating Testing of PeopleSoft, HCM, Success Factor & Epicore with external systems like ADP, Adequasys & GreytHR using REST API Services, data comparison/ validation
•Work with business partners on user and parallel testing, and ensure test data setup is ready before test execution and are managed during test execution.
Customer centric Roles and responsibilities:
•Responsible for the customer on-boarding and successful implementation till Customer Success handover.
•Analyzing data flow, create high level & field wise mapping documents for application integration with external systems.
•Worked closely with large volume portfolio of key customer accounts during all phases of application implementation and UAT across sectors from Banking, Manufacturing, Services, Schools, Construction and Healthcare to IT & Software.
•FIT-GAP analysis, Identify and mitigate implementation risks, manage and control the project scope.
•Ensuring speedy resolution to queries & grievances ensuring quick turnaround and suggest workarounds to maximize client satisfaction and to generate avenues for additional business
•Track project status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process.
•Diagnosing and implementing remedies for system failures and application bugs & fix follow up, Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis.
•Deploy application updates and patches and did regression testing.
Mentoring and Coaching:
•Guiding and mentoring the team & colleagues during Ssoftware product implementation lifecycle.
•Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer experience and contribute to the knowledge base.
•Primary Point of Contact for all queries related to current project, Deployment, Functional testing, project performance reviews.
•Guide associates and train across modules based on skill sets and project requirements.
•Handle admin activities like user creation, role/profile set up, Security set up etc.
Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and direct the configuration duties.
•Responsible for implementing Greytip’s HR and Payroll Solution in order to align with the business requirements of customers, conduct UAT, End user training and 3rd party integration.
•Develop and perform quality assurance check points within your team to ensure quality and timely delivery
•Provide Level 2 and 3 support to other team members.
•Track status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process.
•Work closely with Development, Program Centricity team, product owner, Testing & QA leads, Outsourcing partners and third party vendors to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery

GreytHR an All-In-One Cloud-based Payroll & HCM software Provides end to end solution to track all employee life-cycle activities across various industries.
It’s a simple to use application to manage employee information. It provides a common platform for Employees, Reporting Manager, HR Managers and Senior management to work with employee information both as Web & Mobile App.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Have done end-to-end delivery of projects which involves gathering & understanding of business requirements, Enhancements and Change Order Specs, Scope finalization, Project Charter drafting & sign off.
•Assist a wide range of clients with technical queries. Batch wise payroll processing, Bulk Timesheet upload by interacting with customer techno-functional team and product managers.
•Implement Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Data Loader, Batch Processes, Migration Tools, troubleshooting, documentation & resolve production issues reported by customers.
•Analyze customer cases and advise the customer community about the product functionalities, gaps, workarounds, and customizations required to resolve any product shortcomings.
•Verification of Master Data, User Roles, Workflows and Templates, End-to-End functionality walk through & User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•Delivery of product training to the HR, Account, Finance, IT departments including Higher Management, Production movement & Post Go live hand holding
On-boarding and Integration of Folklore with Gems, Talent pool, Valtech Data Migration
Did E2E testing & deployment of employee On-boarding & Data Integration module.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build a product to allow new employees to updated their data and get the first hand feel of ESS. With inbuilt validations to ensure required data is furnished & Completion alert to HR when the new hire finishes data updating. HR User validates the details and assign respective role there by removing edit access from employee. Helps Seamless data transfer from Global Systems to Greytip HRMS (Integration), Avoid Data Entry by HR Team.
•Work involved entire project life cycle - from Kick-Off Call to Project Closure.
•Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis, Software Implementation, Data Migration, manual testing, enhancement, change management & support.
•Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance activities including version upgrades to keep environments at optimal levels of capacity & performance.
•Wrote SQL queries for accessing data extract’s from the staging table/database. Verify data flow and then automat the jobs to execute at specific period using Quartz Trigger and windows task scheduler & compare & validate Data extract files.
•Did integration and database testing to verify data flow into respective fields and data type in Folklore HCM from third party recruitment tool and other Global Systems

Implemented Folklore Payroll, Attendance & Procurement module
Roles and Responsibilities: The basic aim of this project is to develop application where in each corporate users have only access to respective resource over intranet of an organization. Keeping in mind HR & Payroll policies being practiced in Gulf Countries.
•Individually handled significant number of releases & patch deployments. Involved UI based testing, Database testing on staging environments testing.
•Gained end-to-end understanding of Procurement module and its working and Test user name and password complies with the standard rules defined.
•This project also validates the authorization rights of the user, Multi company locking, batch wise payroll processing and locking & mail notification.
•Carrying out defect fixes and enhancement & Assist client with application implementation, testing and User acceptance test (UAT) planning and coordination.
•Writing SQL Queries to identify test data, Execution of Test Cases and tracking results, Logging defects if any, in the defect management tool Bugzilla & Jira.
Project: Folklore HCM Malaysia
•To assist end users with application usage and resolve user queries, new user creation, role/profile set up, access control, Query Builder report generation.
•Monitor and manage scheduled jobs like Attendance processing, employee leave granting and pending work-flow approvals and Malaysia salary processing and custom report generation using query builders
•Processing payroll batch accurately, help in salary processing and generating payslip, reports, forms, JV & General Ledger etc.
