I have been working as Sr. IT Support Engineer for Honeywell Turkey Arabia via Tech Zone since Jan 13th, 2012.
Job Roll: -
• ITSM tool Service Now Working on the Incidents assigned according to sites local team managed and updating\ providing the solutions within standard Incident SLA with business.
• ITSM tool BMC Remedy Systems V 8.1 Working on the Incidents assigned according to Sites managed and updating\ and providing the solutions within standard Incident SLA with business.
• Accountable for Sites HO SA20 Dhahran SA33 DTVx and Branch SA19 Jubail total number of user are 500+.
• Installing Operating System using the organization OSD Reimages process and license approved applications.
• Diagnose common system problems: document system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommend a course of action and implement it as approved.
• Installing new hardware (printers, computer workstations, etc.).
• Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Coordinate testing, upgrade, and configuration of system files and services.
• Especially the internet and installing antivirus protection.
• Fixing network faults, Network maintenance.
• Technical support for people using the network.
• Training staff on new systems.
• Day-to-day admin and monitoring of network use.
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business.
• Making sure all IT meets industry standards supervising helpdesk staff.
