Ensuring the feasibility of calibration gas mixture enquiry from customer. Quotation
draft to line manager based on the customer registration terms.
Gravimetric calculation for the gas and liquid mixtures by manual & specialty gas
software.
Conducting daily production meeting with gas blending technicians & QC for day to
day production activity to meet customer requirement.
Ensuring the filled product meets required level of quality & derived specification.
Training & qualification plan to individual Gas blending technician to perform reliable
production by Safety, right filling techniques, analytical skills.
Controls production equipment’s by procedure, planning & preventive maintenance
program.
Lab activities
Analysis of Sulfur components using FPD & analysis of gas mixtures, pure
hydrocarbons (up to C4) in FID & TCD using GC2014, SHIMDAZU Japan.
Analysis pure gases Helium, Argon, Nitrogen using DID AGC, Ireland.
Customize method generation in GC SHIMAZU & AGC based on the sample.
Handling of instruments like Testo to analyze NOx, SO2, CO & Mitchell to analyze
trace level oxygen.
Calibration of all instruments with Standard gases in periodic intervals.
• Conducting analytical tests on samples of raw material & finished products by Gas chromatography - FID, TCD, HFADD & other analytical instruments, in accordance with CGA & Air liquide specification.
• Certified Internal auditor in QMS system.
• Performing preventive maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of analytical instruments at periodic intervals.
• Leaded as effective Food Safety Team member in order to get FSSC 22000 Certification system for Beverage grade Liquid carbon dioxide & packaged pure, mixture gaseous products to food industry.
• Documentation of analysis results as per established standard operating procedure.
• Reviewing data obtained for compliance to specifications and reporting non conformity results.
• Communicating all abnormal results to line manager in a timely manner.
• Assisting with Procurement team to receive laboratory supplies.
• Inventing new methods in GC to analyze typical mixtures with help of GC manufacturer.
• Maintaining proper documentation of laboratory data, testing results, data evaluation and reporting.
• Amending standard operating procedure on every changes in process and technique changes.
• Providing recommendation and support for laboratory budget, consumables, equipment and purchasing.
• Continually looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and reducing operating expense.
Analyzing raw materials, C1 to C4 Hydrocarbons (Methane, Ethane, Propane, Butane, Iso-butane from 99 to 99.995% grades) using appropriate Standard reference material (SRM) in Bruker Gas Chromatography.
Operating Bruker (450 Series GC- FID & PFPD) and AGC 100 series GC-FID with Galaxie & Trend vision software. Creating & modifying method for various sample analysis.
Carrying out calibration of GC & gas analyzers with relevant gas standards on appropriate acquisition.
Carrying out analysis and calibration of O2 (ppm to%), trace N2 (1 ppm to 100 ppm), trace H2S (0.1 to 100 ppm) & H20 using Mitchell, servomex, AII & SHAW instruments respectively.
Carrying out analysis of percentage level binary gas mixture using Thermco percentage analyzer. CO2, O2, He, H2 in Argon and CO2, O2, He, H2 in Nitrogen.
Analyzing Beverage Grade Liquid CO2 by ISBT methods for Purity, TSC, THC, H2O, AHC (as benzene) and Sensory test.
Generating quality certificates as per mixing tolerance, accuracy & verifying the cylinder paint codes and labels according the product & standard.
Preparing monthly production report and documenting the analyzed data as per the company requirements.
Engaging with Sales department for the day to day production activities to delivering the finished products.
