•Provide professional exper5se in the resolu5on of complex es5ma5ng problems.
•Review es5mates prepared by other es5mators to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the scope of work, including those developed by contractor, that may need revising to reflect construc5on prac5ces in the Kingdom.
• Study and interpret Engineering drawing and technical specifica5ons to develop accurate es5mate
•Collaborate with engineers to determine machining opera5ons, tools, gauges and materials required for the job.
•visits to construc5on loca5ons and a\ending professional and technical mee5ngs.
•Gather all relevant documents and specifica5ons to discuss with stakeholders to move specifica5ons into cost
