• Experience using ERP (Oracle), WORD, EXCELL.
• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

• Verify customer’s information through checking their Identifications and other required documents.
• Maintain Customers data in the system through entering their data.
• Obtain accurate data in order to provide complete information and assistance to customers.
• Identify needs of customer and deliver services and/or products that are specific to the customer need.

• Data entry (courier information, customer information, departure detail, arrival detail etc )
• Filing (collecting all the document relating to the courier and making its file for records )
