-Plan, develop, implement, and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance in consultation with GM of Royal Palace Operations Dept. and Executive Board Members.
-Create, improve, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization and liaise with the Client that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.
-Ensures that sufficient resources are available to meet the targets and actions identified in the Quality Policy Assurance Manual and specifically in the Quality Policy on matters relating to service and Quality, and that any arising complaints dealt with in a comprehensive way so that the fault is rectified as quickly as possible and prevented from recurring.

Successfully lead numerous O&M contracts for Royal Private Affairs and Ten Royal Palaces in the central, western, and eastern regions. Evaluate, develop, and track the performance of O&M contractual services including Management, Hard and Soft services, HSE, and FLS using KPIs.
● Improved the assets life cycle while decreasing operations and maintenance costs.
● Led the team to be awarded a new contract for three years and extended the contractual period to six years. ● Established royal palaces asset life cycle and replacement plans.
● Grew the Olive Arabia Company’s business/client database through the acquisition of additional Royal Palaces contracts.
Delivered engineering expertise in MEP and prepared/submitted work inspection test reports. Review and analyze
drawing materials, schedules, program of work, etc. Coordinated activities within the team and contributed to the
completion of testing and commissioning of MEP services.
● Successfully ensured the quality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works executed by
construction contractors in accordance with the approved technical specifications of the project (PTS) for
three construction projects of Extra-High Voltage Transformation Sub-Stations owned by Saudi Electricity
Company (SEC) valued at1, 644, 000, 000 SAR.
● Developed contractor’s manpower utilization by using a fast-track technique for some MEP works with
saved 300 hours of estimated time for MEP works completion.
Built trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Oversaw the management of large client projects and acted as
primary point of contact to manage the logistics, support, and creative solutions for client needs. Identified and
met customer requirements and obtained satisfied customer results. Created and maintained pipeline forecasts
and projected revenue.
● Surpassed yearly sales targets by Second quarter (500, 000 euro in 2012).
● Grew key customer list and obtained 21.86% of the market share.
● Completed HVAC projects for commercial/residential construction valued at 4.7 million euro.
