Working as part of the product development depertment as a automation Consultant for the client BNP Paribas bank. My responsibilities include:
• Understanding customer business needs and proposing optimum solutions to satisfy the need.
• Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently.
• Making follow-up calls and scheduling meetings with the clients.
• Creating awareness about the company’s new products and conveying any modifications or version change to the existing solutions.
• Handling product problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues
• Taking regular feedback from client and conveying it to the technical team.
Other responsibilities include creation and execution of test scripts using QTP and selenium automation tools. Test reporting and well as managing the project team.
