• Schedule exams for candidates and prepare computer test for Candidate
• Provide candidates with company information.
• Welcome new employees to the company.
• Provide new hires with information on company policies and procedures.
• Develop and assist in implementing orientation programs for new hires.
• Provide HR departments with information on payroll and attendance.
• Maintain employee information in databases and ensure appropriate modifications.
• Provide administrative support by maintaining employee records and performing data entry duties.

• Installation and troubleshooting of Computer Software and Hardware.
• Complete desktop support to all users remotely, physically or on Telephone.
• Configuring outlook for new users, PST backups and implemented Exchange-Vault on user outlook
profiles.
• Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Perform and/or oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades.
• Operating Systems: Microsoft Win2k Pro, Win2k, Win7 Pro, Win2k3 & 2008 Server, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, MAC OSX, All Linux Distributions
• Office Package: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft
Outlook. Familiar with Applications like MSProject, Abode, MS Office Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and
MS Live Meeting.
