- Responded to breakdowns of different types of plastic manufacturing machines, that involved working
on automation components such as PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, VFDs, controllers and Industrial
communication protocols, in addition to maintaining UPS’s, switchgears and distribution boards.
- Organized preventative maintenance and controlled spare parts stock by developing softwares for
managing these tasks, performed preventative maintenance and provided required spare parts.
- Installed and commissioned new machines, designed and implemented electrical distribution boards.

1. Manage the automation system of the company factory (components: S7 300 and S7 1200 PLC, Profibus, Profinet, Wincc, Danfoss and Nordac drives…). \[1/10/2016 - till now\]
2. Engaged with the Implementation Company (DIO Hradec Králové s.r.o) during commissioning and trial operation of the factory.
3. Provide recommendations to solve problems, improve performance and to reduce risks or downtime.

 Participated in the design and Achievement of several automation projects at HIAST

 Work in Metrology, Calibration and Data acquisition.
 Reduced the calibration time of measurement devices by automating this process using GPIP (general purpose interface bus) and increased the quality of the calibration.

 Developed a pedagogical industrial automation laboratory by Designing and implementing new experiments platforms (Simatic and Twido components).
