3 Months experience in TSPL Derabassi ( an authorized OEM of TATA group) as a quality inspector for inspection of sheet metal components of reputed organizations such as REGENT, EISCO, ALLENGER, MARSHALL, BLUESTAR, OZONE and TATA furniture.
At Present working in MIRAGE Toughened glasses ( p) Ltd. as Quality incharge to check the glass against various defects such as chipping, scratch, rubs etc. and also inspect it dimensionally and visually.
PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN IN MIRAGE:
FEB, 2013: During 30 Days Training: " HOW TO MINIMISE CHIPPING ? It is found that glasses after polish have many visual defects. This is prevent by regular cleaning of the nozzles by implentation of Maintenance charts

at Delta-T Test

MARCH TO JULY 2013: After Training working on Project " Steps to Implement Kaizen" . This includes Continuos improvement by implementation of Tests that are not conducting yet before, Such as Fragmentation Test which is used to check the glass against Safety.Delta-T Test which is used to check the absorption capacity of desiccants used in insulated glass units.Butterfly Test which is used to check for an adequate mixing of the base & catalyst components.Leakage Test which is used to check the insulated glass unit.Impact Test which is used to check the glass against Strength.

Basic Responsibilities In Mirage: Inspect the glasses at various stages. Making Reports such as Inprocess Inspection Report, Inprocess Rejection Report, Daily Cutting Report, Daily Grinding Report, Daily H.T.F Report, After Sales Rejection Report, Customer Complaint Report, Pre Dispatch Inspection Report, Various Test Report, Various Monthly Summaries. Dealing with various Rejections in the plant & introduce the standards to the operators & Supervisors. Execute the Entire Cutting Deptt & optimize the orders So as to get minimum wastage with maximum utilization of sheets.


DEALING WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS: Also attending Customer Complaints either for under size or chipping or any other Defects, And Reduce replacement value to half of the company policy criteria, This is done by introduce the customer ISO Standards.
