• To Monitor QMS implementation for all 7 (Seven) construction projects in Petrochemical plant having compliance of schedule Q, ISO 9001, Company and Saudi Aramco standard.
• To check QMS health through Schedule Quality Audit, Focus Quality Assessment and Project Quality Index.
• To Enforce Directorate office quality strategy in the across the project in petrochemical plant
• Define Strategy to improve project Quality Index, QMS, and contract quality (schedule-Q)
• Manage the team of Technical Quality Auditor and Inspection staff for Quality system Assessment and implementation..
• To conduct Technical Quality and Quality Management Audit in across the projects that includes contractor and subcontractor process area.
• To generate report, take follow-up action and ensure consistency in quality in across the projects

Monitors customer complaints, Schedule-Q Requirement, PQI (Project Quality Index) and do root cause analysis in case of any deviation.
Raise quality issues with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and construction team for effective corrective and preventive action
Liaise with Saudi Aramco, Third-party, contractor and ISO Certification bodies for Quality management related matter.
Leading and managing the QA/QC project team.
Take part in weekly company project quality meeting.
Supervise and ensure effective implementation of document control system
Review QA/QC and inspection reports from project sites to ensure that inspections & tests are carried out as per the plan & procedures.
Identify and Control the measuring & testing equipment for calibration.
Advice and support middle and senior management on the different aspects of Quality Management System
Directing the quality operations at E-shakti Application Development & Implementation under MGNREGA Government of Bihar, Patna.
Accountable for :
o Designing, developing, implementing and monitoring “Quality Management System (QMS)” “Information security management system (ISMS)” for the Quality and security adherence in project. Ensure all project deliverables are having compliance with defined policy, processes, procedure & guidelines as per ISO & CMMI.
o Upgrade existing Quality Management architecture and information security architecture through regular benchmarking with help of quality and information security forum and available world class study and guidelines.
o Identification and implementation of Quality Improvement Project.
o Establishment of quality control laboratory, Process re-engineering and Database of performance practice.
o Ensure product quality is acceptable level and strategies for further improvement
o Planning and Conducting Internal Quality and information security Audit, supplier and SLA compliance audit to ensure customer`s MSA is fulfilled.
o To establish the quality and process performance goal through enforcement of Metrics management and data analysis.
o Undertaking risk assessment, Impact analysis on the information assets of the MGNREGA & Banking project and make recommendations on the matter of value, threat, vulnerability and cost involved.
o Conducting internal and external information security & quality audits for Project ( MGNREGA & Financial Inclusion)
o Timely review of Disaster Recovery Plan and business continuity plan at defined interval.
o Develop and implement effective system and information access/ security controls, policies and procedures. Analyze the logs of the various system and initiate preventive measures.
o Coordination with Application certifying Agency (CERT-in empanelled) for Independent Quality & security evaluation.
Ensuring adherence to:
o Quality and information security processes and procedures.
o Product quality as specified in MSA
o ISO standards - 9001:2008, 27001, 17799, 20000, CMMI
o SLAs for services as agreed in MSA with Government of Bihar (GOB).
To manage the certification and surveillance audit of ISO 9001, ISO27001 & ISO20000.
