Project Planning and Implementation Cell (PP&I) has been established in the Planning and Development Department (P&DD) Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as a technical unit of the P&DD. The Cell is mandated to be a rapid deployment project planning and implementation unit intended to ensure proper planning, effective implementation and efficient inter and intra agency coordination of strategic developmental projects. The cell has successfully designed & devised various reforms initiative like Change Management Unit, Governance Support Project, Post Crisis Needs Assessment (PCNA), likewise projects on Community Driven Development like SADP is also a major achievement of PP&I Cell.
