Heading western province of KSA for ZAIN Telecom as Channel Sales Partner (B2B. Handling a team of 2 Supervisor and 24 KAM’s. Which includes Sales, Marketing & operation. Direct reporting to the Country Head .

• Over all responsible for the region business (Profit & Loss)
• Handling a team of 24 Sales Executives, 2 Telesales, 4 Team Leaders & 2 Supervisors
• Reporting to Country Head and closely working with Principle Team for daily business needs.
• Meeting Partner Manager every alternate day
• Conducting daily meeting with sales and operation team to clear all pending cases, Ensuring all orders passes through SFA entries
• Ensuring all sales executives is top of product knowledge and available plans.
• Team should visit to the market where they have to make 4 prospects which is positive lead for the further pipeline.
• Reviewing Pipeline & pending cases every Saturday with supervisor.
• Setting up the monthly / weekly & daily CAF & revenue targets based on the candidate potential.
• Core focus on mobility services & DIA services
• Geography wise area working of Jeddah and on remote areas
• Checking the competitor business in the market
• Daily visit plan with team members and helping them for closing big deals especially on High Revenue Deals.
• Ensuring OJT for new joiners’ and 100% product knowledge
• Ensuring the sales Executive will present himself in proper grooming and punctuality with his client’s
• Ensuring iqama transfer of the candidates & getting SFA Ids from Principle
• Supporting team by arranging leads from Telesales team and supporting Telesales by giving Data Base as required.
• Ensuring 100% attendance every day morning & evening
• Carrying CAF target & Revenue Target and achieving 80% to 90% every month.
