➢ Providing technical support to technicians for services like welding, motor rewinding, Hydraulic repairs,
electronic repairs & lathe work.
➢ Bidding for projects like fabrication work, machine installation, hvac & etc.
➢ Managing maintenance team & assigning jobs by preparing plans, design & checklists
➢ Ordering material & mechanical electrical parts from local & international supplier for trading.
➢ Responsible for preparing Quotations, Purchase orders & Pricing for Parts & projects
➢ Managing technicians in workshop for welding, lathe, Hydraulic & Motor rewinding Works
Maintenance Manager
Automated pellet Factory which produces Cattle & chicken feed using agricultural Raw material.
Responsibilities and duty:
• Factory Maintenance of all Mechanical & electrical equipment’s.
• Plan daily and weekly Plant maintenance for Mill Machines, Conveyor Belts, Electro Gear Motors, Pneumatic &
Hydraulic systems by assuring for smooth working.
• Planning for lubrication and repairs and change of spare parts ensuring preventative maintenance, plan
maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, Manage the team to ensure material availability,
reactively managing dysfunctional machinery.
• Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the
specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties
• Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.
• Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions before and after project.
• Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
Responsibilities and duty
• Manage inspections HVACs equipment’s, chillers pumps, AHU, checking leakages, welds, material quality, and work
standard. Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all cost profits objectives
• Detailing design and drafting of HVAC & MEP system and site condition then comparing all the heat load
calculations, duct and pipe routing, firefighting drawing & specifications.
• Delivering information for installations by providing drawings with dimensions to the duct man and technicians.
• Maintain and repair on all refrigeration equipment’s and perform troubleshoot on all HVAC equipment’s.
• Provide support and guidance to work team during equipment’s installations and maintenances for quality work.
• Coordinate with Project coordinator to technicians to analyze all project requirements.
• Forecasting materials list required for Work and collecting data from inventory to perform work as per schedule.
• Analyze all load programs and perform required calculations on same and manage all electrical requirements for
HVAC equipment’s and recommend improvements.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities and duty:
• Designing and preparing shop forms for HVAC DUCT, Fire damper, Smoke & Volume Control Dampers, & air
Diffusers.
• Importing sizes and making tag drawing.
• Co-ordination production team by Providing all the details & supervising the work.
• Attending the site coordination and technical meetings with the Consultant, Contractors and Clients.
• Planning and ensuring details as per approved drawings and material approvals.
• Supervising day to day site operations.
• Study of tender documents, identify scope of works &review of material specification
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams for quality work.
Responsibilities and duty
➢ Carry out Detailed design engineering and drafting of HVAC & MEP system which involves, heat load calculations,
duct and pipe routing, firefighting drawing & specifications.
➢ Handle a work force of people on the site Preparing and planning the daily and weekly work schedule. Allotment
of works to the foremen and the workers.
➢ To ensure that the correct measurements are done, so that no problem occurs during Billing.
➢ Inspecting the site before taking up projects, check for all relevant drawings with detail dimensions &Visiting Sites
periodically to solve real time Problems
➢ Finally, to prepare as-built Drawings as per site during the Commissioning with all required Details.
➢ On site healthy relations with Architect, Electrical Dept, Plumbing Dept, Carpentry Dept.
➢ To ensure fast working process so that the work is completed at the prescribed date.
➢ To highly coordinate with the Procurement team so that no that no delay of work material on Site.
➢ To ensure that the work is completed in time with the given specification and standard.
➢ Preparation detailed Bill of Materials including all Equipment, Filters, Valves, Fans, Pumps, Ducting piping
accessories with technical specifications for all.
