• Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for the project.
• Progress Monitoring of all subcontractors on daily/ weekly basis.
• Answer the technical quarries of subcontractors.
• Look-ahead plan for 2 weeks / 01 month from subcontractors.
• Conduct meetings with Contractors on weekly basis for target meetup.
• Preparation of cumulative progress Reports and share with management.
• Site visit on daily basis & Monitor the actual condition of site.
• Detailed study of Contractors Plans & highlighting on target dates.
• To Establish Project Work Break-Down Structure (WBS) for Master Schedule and action Plan for Planning Deliverable issuance.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress reports.
Establish LAN / WAN
Troubleshoot and fix Networking issues
Troubleshoot and Repair PCs

• Manages all user queries, problems related with the software systems logs on queries for inform System Engineer at Head Office weekly basis.
• Ensures effective and optimized usage of servers and workstations by monitoring data. Manages data storage, data security and integrity.
• Maintains IT Lab
