My role focused on aligning with the business strategies of the Top Executives and their leadership teams to identify, assess, and recruit top executive talent for their businesses.
• Built relationships with my stakeholders, Director of Recruitment, On-Site Recruitment Managers, and Delivery / Practice Managers to get a cross-functional understanding of the requirements of the business to better assess staffing needs while staying aligned with the corporate culture.
• Engaged with uniquely qualified candidates via job boards, internal databases, Boolean searches, web mining, cold calls, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing of passive candidates to fill niche requirements.
• Involved in scheduling telephonic and personal interviews for the candidates on Zoom, MS teams with clients and coordinating on the same.
• Executed end-to-end candidate selection process, candidate presentations to hiring managers, interview scheduling, interview feedback, follow-ups, salary negotiations and facilitate verbal and written job offers.
• Liaised with stakeholders over phone/ in-person meetings for intake calls. Conducted debrief calls with stakeholders for post-interview feedback.
• Posting and advertising the Jobs on company web site and other portals.
• Maintaining a good pipeline of profiles to maintain a healthy recruitment turnaround time.
• Business development through outsourcing requirements to vendors located to different geographical locations.
• Handling Multi culture and multi nationality candidates.
• Involved in salary negotiation and final arrangements between the clients and candidates
• Work closely with the company’s Legal affairs department for the visa requirements and efficiently guide the candidates regarding the documentations for the same
Invigilation of exams during written and oral for British Curriculum
• Sourcing candidates through various sources- Internal Database, Job sites Naukri and Monster and Social Networking Sites.
• Posting and advertising the Jobs on the various portals.
• Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
• Maintaining a good pipeline of profiles to maintain a healthy recruitment turnaround time.
• Involved in scheduling telephonic and personal interviews for the candidates and coordinating on the same.
• Conducting agency drives and coordinating on the same.
• Offer follow ups with the client as well as with the candidates.
• Conducting reference check for prospective joining candidates
