Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.
Supervising hourly production.
Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
Organizing daily work at shop floor.
Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.
Standardized working estimation and follow up process for fabrication jobs.
Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
Inspecting at all stages of fabrication.
Following welding parameters and ASTM and ASME standards.
Controlling cost and wastages of components in fabrication.
Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through KAIZEN activities, 5’S and POKA-YOKE.
