Assist in maintaining proper methods and standards for the quality and Production.
Preparation of project planning and scheduling.
Preparation of Organization charts and kicks of meetings.
Planning management routing/scheduling.
Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.
Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.
Supervising hourly production.
Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
Organizing daily work at shop floor.
Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.
Standardized working estimation and follow up process for fabrication jobs.
Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
Inspecting at all stages of fabrication.
Following welding parameters and ASTM and ASME standards.
Controlling cost and wastages of components in fabrication.
Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through KAIZEN activities, 5’S and POKA-YOKE.
