A. As an Recruitment and Manpower Planning Officer/ DOH (HAAD)
* HR - Having strong experience to recruit the Doctors / Nurses / Technician
starting from sourcing to bring the candidate on board, including processing DOH
License:
o Identify the vacancy
o Source the candidates from various sources
o Shortlist and arrange the interviews
o Sending job offer to the selected candidate on priority base
o Collection of documents and Processing Dataflow application and then
HAAD license application
o Arrange HAAD EXAM booking, Ticketing, Hotel booking.
o Finally bring on board
* DOH (HAAD) Responsible for reviewing Health Licensing Applications for
compliance, qualifications and completion prior to uploading in DOH system.
Very-well experienced A to Z with DOH (HAAD) Health Professional
Licensing under E-Licensing System
o New Registration / Renewal / Transfer / Re-registration / Cancellation
o Dataflow Application
* Maintaining records of approved manpower establishment, vacancies and
recruitment database.
* Maintaining recruitment status in Excel sheet on a regular basis and disseminating
information to concerned departments as required
* Preparing formal documentation for incoming candidates e.g. contract, entry
permits, visit visas, flight reservations, etc
* Communicating with and contacting agencies/candidates effectively when
required, either through International agencies, by phone or email to complete file
documentation
* Continuously stay updated and informed regarding information, rules and
regulations concerning Licensure of Healthcare Professionals and ensure
communication of the same to relevant colleagues and management.
* Actively attend managerial meetings and readily reports on all departmental
procedures and progress.
* Preparing monthly statistical reports to SEHA Corporate Office, and other reports
as required
* Additional responsibilities as and when required by immediate supervisor.
* FANR (Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation) - well verse with all the process
of obtain FANR license. I had procured
