Install/ configure/ troubleshoot desktop or laptop hardware, software, network & other peripheral devices.
Install/ configure/ troubleshoot security softwares and office applications also maintain records of software licenses.
Assist senior engineer for troubleshooting issues of user & client via telephonic or remote support.
Ensure equipment with electrical safety & supervise support team on all operation in a timely manner.
Responsible for Admin support - Mailing, data entry, scanning, faxing, maintain records, protects & manage files.
Provide desk support - Phones, e-mailing reports create and submits the documents also support second line requests.
Work from rough plan created by engineers & prepare the 2D Layout by the given specification using AutoCAD.
Assist & supervise the construction area with a senior draftsman/ engineer for changes & enhancements.
Report creation & submission to the final design signoff for municipal authority approval as per SOP’s.
Install/ troubleshoot softwares like AutoCAD, 3D Studio max, Revit, Photoshop, Outlook, Antivirus & Other applications.
Resolved all desktop & laptop hardware/ software/ devices issues also keep all software licensed & up-to-date.
Prepare detailed drawings on the basis of the information and instruction provided given by the client/ consultant.
Involvement of architectural projects for the construction / Interior design company & assist in project close-outs.
Mentoring AutoCAD detailing /modeling & asses the junior drafting performance also conduct test projects to them.
Maintain records of software licenses and responsible for software install also perform other duties as may assign.
