Job Responsibilities:
➢ Greet customer in a friendly and courteous way to ensure customer will feel welcome in assisting them.
➢ Deliver friendly and effective customer services by assisting customer what they need and ensure satisfied.
➢ To handle the customer queries as well as complaints in a professional manner.
➢ Make sure that Cash Register and other equipments are properly functional and clean and tidy all the times.
➢ Ensure all the item pass in the checkout are scanned & check properly.
➢ Making summary report at the end of the shift.
➢ To monitor cash office in absence of the supervisor & Complete all the administrative task to ensure compliance with company procedure.
