1. Scrutinize in detail the contractor’s work programme with logic, critical paths, floats, and lags and make any necessary comments Assess design deliverable submissions and identify delay causes a reference to contractual entitlement.
2. Monitor work programmes and status, ensure progress reported is a true reflection of work achieved and report areas of concern or progress to the Employer.
3. Review and comment on other planning/progress-related reports submitted by contractor/s.
4. Work with and assist the Contractor in highlighting and effectively communicating any shortfall of the programme to the Employer.
5. Work with contractor’s planning team to ensure that work programmes are complying with contractual requirements.
6. Attend Progress meetings with the Employer, project managers, and contractor.
7. Identification of most critical delay events and arranging most merit-able delay events in chronological order and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid time overrun.
8. Assist the Contractor with the Baseline Revisions if the schedule variance exceeds manageable limits.
9. Evaluating the Contractor’s Extension of time Claims using Time Impact Analysis.
10. Preparing Time Impact Analysis reports against the Contractor’s EOT submissions, for the Engineer’s Determination/Recommendation to the Employer.
11. Evaluating the Contractor’s Prolongation Cost Claims using Perspective Window analysis.
12. Preparing Perspective Window Analysis reports against the Contractor’s EOT submissions, for the Engineer’s Determination/Recommendations to the Employer.

1. Address Harbour Point - AED 150 million
Fit out works for the Address Harbour Point project at the Dubai Creek Harbor. The scope includes 800 serviced apartments, corridors, and lobbies (Two Towers).

The Project is consisting of Main Villa, Indoor Paddocks, Stable Block, Security Post, Security/Driver Accommodation, Staff Housing, Services and Store, Horse Care, Horse Walker, Substation and External Works

The project is a Sports Mall Building consists of the Basement 2nos, Ground Floor, MF, FF & 2F with built up area 74, 000 m2 and External works.

Commercial Building (B+G+M+R) for Scientechnic head office (EASA SALEH AL GURG) of area 10, 600 m2
4. Umm Sequim Villas with Infrastructure works - Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity - AED 200 million
The project is consisting of construction of 78 villas comprising of a ground and additional floor, gym building, community area, Infrastructure and external works.
5. Proposed B+G+1 Private Villa at Jumeirah First - Plot No.3320772 - AED 45 million
6. Serenia Residence - AED 400 million
The project consists of construction of residential development consisting of a common basement Parking and 3nos of G+9 towers and associated external works / services.
7. Mall of the Emirates - Capex work - AED 200 million
The major scope of the project includes - complete demolition & refurbishment of 17 nos. of toilets, 13 nos. of entry courts, seismic strengthening works throughout the mall, new deck coating in car park - (first & second floor), new car park paving in ground floor, complete exterior decoration works, mall internal upgrade works and mall MEP upgrade works.
The challenges to these works are mainly, working over a live mall, maintaining the traffic movements, limited working hours in night (mall shutdown period), etc.
8. Mall of the Emirates - Level 2 Expansion - AED 1, 000 million
The Project impose a very high challenge as it involves expansion over a live mall within an original construction schedule of 13 months, which has the second most number of footfalls in Dubai.
The main scope of the project includes, 24 no’s of cinemas screen (VOX, IMAX), retails units, food & beverages units, car park modification works (addition 1, 300 spaces) along with welcomes courts, roof lights, domes, sub stations, seismic strengthening work inside mall, traffic management system, water tank and construction of shear walls over newly driven barrette piles.
