1. Contributing, facilitating, supporting for the development and a part of the implementing effective mechanisms for the performance, monitoring and evaluation of ISFD as a Fund and its Programs and Projects and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
2. Preparing, Compiling reports for ISFD Management regarding performance of the Fund unit.
3. Preparing Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly and quality reports such as Budget Performance and Utilization Reports of the Fund
4. Preparing and presenting up-to-date Summary of the Fund to the ISFD Management.
5. Follow-up on Quarterly basis the performance Reports of the Fund internally and with the Budget Performance Department as well of the Fund and submit to the ISFD Management.
6. Periodic (monthly) summaries regarding Total consultancy utilization funds, and the Total utilization of the fund for Business Travel
7. As instructed by ISFD Management, prepared a comprehensive planning for the Consultancy supposed to be undertaken through the year 2019
8. To negotiate budget with the BPMD of the Fund on programs and other components of the budget
9. Submit to the ISFD Management an annual performance Report on 6- ISFD Programs, their utilization and status of percentage.
10. Collecting periodic Reports from different stakeholders as contributors, donors in the different projects of the Bank and compiling them into a quality and timely summary report related to the operations undertaken.
11. Evaluation report on activities of each of the Consultants and stakeholder
12. Act as a focal point for convening administrative and Management and Technical meetings of the Fund and provide Associate support for the meetings
13. Assigned to coordinate with the Investments Department Vice President, Finance & CFO to collect information regarding management of the financial assets of ISFD funds and the distribution of returns.
14. Assess the developmental impact of the activities of the ISFD Projects and Programs and contribute to compile reports on the developmental impact for ISFD management and resource contributors.
15. Associating with the preparation of integrated Work Program IWP
16. Contributing to prepare TORs of the Program Coordinators and Regional Coordinators for the ISFD Poverty Alleviation programs such as AFAB, OUT OF SCHOOL CHILDREN programs etc.
17. A part of team to prepare Terms of References of the Consultants and the Business Cases to hire a consultant.
18. Focal point to attend Technical Meetings with different internal and external stakeholders such as meeting between Vice President (CP) and D.G ISFD after 2-months, Budget Coordinator meeting, SPPP meeting.
19. Focal point to coordinate all payments payable by ISFD to the internal and external stakeholders such as to review the documents submitted for payment, Payment Instruction Form, Vendor Form Process, approval from the ISFD Management.
20. Focal point to Enter claims in the MM System, creating PR, SE and parking invoice for final payments, following up and coordinate with the FCD
21. Working on different BI reports for the Fund
22. Working on operational data with the OMS, OQR
23. On behalf of the ISFD Management, Independently preparing replies, memos and letters for the Fund to the 1st and 2nd level Tier of the IsDB Management as well as to the external stakeholders.
24. Worked as investment Associate with PPP Division, generating weekly Report containing, Dashboard (activity report), Project Pipeline, Disbursement report and Divisional KPI Report
25. Follow-up 9-Projects and Syndication Mudaraba Agreements
26. Following up the receipt of re-payments from the Projects (FAUJI-1&2, TIFERT, SNIM, QUEEN ALIA AIRPORT, QATRANA, DORALEH and AIBD) and then onward transmission of OFID share within due period
27. To coordinate with the Project Officers, preparing invoices and letters to the client to reimburse the mission cost incurred
