 Responsible of site inspections for HVAC, Plumbing, Chillers & Fire fighting pipe lines and sewerage/drainage pipe lines on the site.
 Check and review the plans and specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site.
 To ensure that all mechanical works execution and inspection are carried out as per project inspection plan/drawings /codes and specifications.
 Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors prior to final inspection shall be performed with the consultant Engineer.
 Review and check if the RFIs and checklists are being carried out before the works commences.
 Conduct final inspection with the consultant Engineer prior to proceeding of concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection and testing procedures (I.T.P).
 Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
 Assist the Project Manager in the organization for maintenance and control of the quality system.
 Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when required.
 Assist the construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
 Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulations.
 Responsible issuance of nonconformance reports, inspection/test reports and check lists on time, attending meetings etc.

7. Worked as Senior Assistant Manager Mechanical in Pioneer Cement Ltd. Johar Abad District Khoshab as a section in-charge of Utility department from 18-11-2008 to 26/04/2011.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for look after all the maintenance jobs of Coal mill, Pumps, screw Air compressors and Blowers. Supervise the fabrication jobs carried out during the up gradation of plant, specially the fabrication of piping. Responsible for look after all the maintenance jobs at plant and for carrying out preparatory work needed before undertaking of given maintenance job, compiling information resulting from execution of the job and to update them maintenance record after the job.
➢ Job planning and execution during routine / preventive / shutdown and breakdown maintenance.
➢ Responsible to maintain the stock level of all spare parts and consumable used for maintenance of various equipments.
➢ Give the proper training to staff to perform standard work and skills.
➢ Responsible for development of spare parts from local market and import of foreign spares to meet the maintenance requirement.

2. Worked as Assistant plant Manager on Caterpillar Gas Generator set G3516B 1.1MW and diesel generator Mitsubishi 1.00 MW from 03/02/2003 to 10/03/2004 in A.J Spinning mills (Pvt.) Ltd. Power plant Sheikhupura.
