• Ensure preparation and readiness to Quality surveillance and Quality Assurance Audits requirements for Business Continuity through compliance to ISO 22301:2012, Business Continuity Management Standard Specifications AE/SCNS/7000:2015 and The Regulation and Supervision Bureau.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities; determine ENEC’s corporate BCM strategy, recovery options, arrangements, components, and self-assessment audits in order to ensure that resilience is achieved in all of ENEC’s business processes.
• Coordinate the implementation of departmental Business Continuity Plans and response procedures.
• Ensure conformance to required industry standards and contribute to the program’s continual improvement and updated documentation.
• Follow all relevant departmental HSE policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure HSE compliance in all aspects of work
• Participated in Quality Assurance (QA) audits performed by Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) in implementing the requirements of QA-MAN-111-01 ENEC Quality Assurance Manual (EQAM).
• Played a key role in the identification of non-conformances to quality program requirements and assessment of the effectiveness of corrective actions, controls and verification activities.
• Played key role in the planning, , conduct, reporting and post-audit activities including follow up on Condition Reports issued to address audit findings
• Participate in the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) Audits on the corrective Action (CAP) and Self-Assessment Programs.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to support successful implementation of the CAP which is part of ENEC Quality Assurance Manual.
• Manage and run the self-Assessment/ benchmarking program at ENEC.
• Oversee the requirements of Abu Dhabi Excellence Award Program and its implications in the organization.
• Manage internal and external recognition schemes like C2E, R4E, and Global Risk Award.
• Validate the quality of submissions for all categories of Abu Dhabi Excellence Award
• Provide recommendations to improve and support Excellence activities.
• Ensure implementation of Self-Assessment “SA” and Benchmarking”BM” Program across ENEC.
• Set the database required to ensure solid establishment towards the two programs through SharePoint.
• Provide independent analysis and generate reports to senior management “ENEC SA End Year Report”.
• Track action/performance items and assess quality of completed SA/BM.
• Participate in the conduct, training and coaching of ENEC staff in the implementation of various Performance Improvement processes
• Representing the senior management during their absence or unavailability as a senior instructor (Acting Head of NPI).
• Develop reports for various Performance Improvement functions
• Facilitate communication both internally and externally in order to build and nurture mutually beneficial working relationships
• Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, by delivery of the HSE Management Program.
