• Full Spectrum HR Ownership managing immigration, relocation, professional development, employee wellness, and engagement initiatives in addition to developing an HR Roadmap to source highly talented employees, and improve workforce management and utilization.

Immigration & Relocation:
• Providing advocacy to the hiring teams on best practices in compliance with government regulations, orchestrating the TAMUQ Immigration team, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
• Conducting comprehensive Immigration orientation for new recruits, providing indispensable insights into Qatar's immigration regulations, and providing guidance to TAMUQ employees on immigration queries and sponsorship transfer processes.
