• Handpicked to lead several strategic programs as a Leadership member of the HR department restructuring team.
• Pioneered and effectively managed the Wellness program the Wellness program, enhancing employee well-being and morale

Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
• Articulating the Organization's mission, crafted effective human resources plans and procedures to move the organization forward, set goals, and implement action plans for the HR department based on immediate and long-term staff requirements.
• Full Spectrum HR Ownership managing immigration, relocation, professional development, employee wellness, and engagement initiatives in addition to developing an HR Roadmap to source highly talented employees, and improve workforce management and utilization.
• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of Qatar's immigration regulations and government requirements, coupled with a track record of implementing innovative HR solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Immigration & Relocation:
• Providing advocacy to the hiring teams on best practices in compliance with government regulations, orchestrating the TAMUQ Immigration team, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
• Conducting comprehensive Immigration orientation for new recruits, providing indispensable insights into Qatar's immigration regulations, and providing guidance to TAMUQ employees on immigration queries and sponsorship transfer processes.
• Fostering robust communication channels with the Qatar Foundation Immigration Department and main Immigration entities. Maintaining current knowledge of Qatar government requirements, acting as a liaison between employees and immigration authorities.
• Pioneering the management of the Immigration database system, optimizing HRIS integration. Implementing administrative support operations and procedures, enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Revolutionizing the relocation process for all new recruits, encompassing faculty, staff, and researchers, negotiating agreements with shipping vendors, and ensuring a seamless transition for all stakeholders.
