Job Title: Planning & Development Supervisor
Leading the role of HR Planning & Development for head office, plants and external trade markets.

Duties & Responsibilities
 Manpower Planning: Determining and calculating optimal headcounts at different functions including administrative, support, operational and salesforce using a scientific approach based on job analysis, time and motion studies and scheduling.
 Training & Development: Identifying trainable competencies per position and accordingly generating a training plan per employee within the organization. This role also involves development of training solutions as well as selection of the most suitable training provider based on the organization’s requirements and needs.
 Talent Acquisition: Managing different channels of sourcing, interviewing, employee inductions, and ensure the quality of recruits is maintained up to PIC standards. Reviewing all recruitment needs and challenges where necessary to ensure a lean and optimized operating structure; in addition to managing the headcount mandates at base and external trade markets.
 Performance Management: managing the MBO program across the board and supporting employees in setting SMART objectives and developing KPIs that are in-line with company vision, ensure quality and stretched objectives are put and maintained throughout the year via mid-year performance review, educate managers on getting the best out of their team and address any underperformance issue with Director of Function. In addition to facilitating the evaluation for salesforce which takes place in a different form/approach.
 Employee Engagement: Managing all employee engagement activities, events and initiatives that are intended to improve productivity and retention rates. These activities should be in-line with company’s vision, mission, values and objectives.
 Organizational Design: engaging in structural changes, introduction of new functions in addition to matching between the needed capabilities and available leadership talents in order to promote accountability and fit the company’s purpose.
 Development of HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures based on the set HR strategy to support achievement of business objectives and fairness among the staff.
