Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities.
Review planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items and manage approval processes.
Ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contacts.
Maintains vendor files and products information.
Execute the purchasing requests / contracts approved according required quality and approved price.
Review, update, and maintain purchase orders until they are closed. Ensuring all documents and files (electronic and hard copies) are properly archived, organized and up to date, and ensure regular back up of files.
Coordinate with foreign suppliers on production, shipping, delivery, payment, customs and so on. Coordinate with forwarders and clearance companies.
Sort, file and organize all commercial documents and paper work.
Ensure timely and effective tracking and follow up on shipments, as well as keeping an accurate tracking log file of purchase orders and shipments.
Prepare, receive and analyze purchase orders and send copies to suppliers.
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and those goods meet specifications. Maintain records of goods ordered and received. Locate vendors of materials or supplies to determine product availability. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and products. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability. Perform and document price and cost analysis in connection with every procurement action. Tracking and monitoring procurement. Ensure proper management control of the procurement goods and services in compliance with policies and procedures. Receiving, verifying and analyzing offers if technically meets the requested. Following up on deliveries with suppliers. Managing and updating supplier’s database. Managing and updating pricing list for all categories.
Study, compare and evaluate offers in order to have the most economical and contractual advantageous conditions. Assessing in market surveys and suppliers evaluation. Ensuring that all supplies and equipment required are delivered on time.
Clarify discrepancies between material received and orders, if any with suppliers.

Lead the quality function & ensure quality assurance by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews. Create clear strategy to ensure operational efficiency through quality management system. Develop and monitor quality standards, procedures, documentation as well as key performance/ productivity indicators. Enhance quality assurance objectives by estimating requirements, preparing & analyzing variances & initiating corrective actions. Ensure appropriate root cause analysis through monitoring data to recommend process changes. Ensure compliance activities with corporate procedures, standards and guidelines. Monitors the generation of operational reports and presents results in ways, which can generate actionable recommendations. Provide clear direction, sets targets, prioritizes tasks and assigns responsibilities. Lead & direct the end to end compliance & Audit standards. Communicate and update quality aspects. Manage the performance of the QA/QC effectiveness and ensure full optimization of quality standards. Explore opportunities for improvement and development for QA/QC. Manage and identify quality problems and drawbacks as a cause of not following procedures. Review and analyze reports and identify risk deviation and execute corrective measures.
Receive feedback and take all appropriate actions to ensure achieving high quality standard. Assist to develop polices objectives, standards, procedures and forms. Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys & analyze the results. Monitor and analyze quality objectives & prepare for external audits. Develop written procedures for quality control/quality assurance. Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes. Provide quality and technically-based opinion on product standards and product classification and certification. Formulate conformity assessment instructions based on product safety and performance standards. Assist in the resolution of standards, classification and certification cases and other requests and or inquiries by utilization of technical expertise on specific goods or commodity. Assess product risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and applicable standards. Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures. Prepare QC plan and monitor preventive maintenance records. Elevate cases of non-response status or high risk disputes to top Management. Track the non-compliances and ensuring the effective close out on time and ensure timely resolution corrective and preventive actions. Prepare equipment calibration log, maintain and update all process calibrations related and document all calibration operations. Evaluate & document equipment maintenance records & certificates. Review and evaluate product documentation; validate product meets certification criteria and issue certification as appropriate. Prepare test reports; confirm compliance or non-compliance, communicate results to customers. Evaluate test results; inspect materials to verify compliance; certify materials, parts and components to applicable codes. Provide appropriate conformity assessment procedures. Draft test and inspection plans to certify products. Consult with customers and compliance agencies regarding project scope/project management, and technical issues. Accurately explain procedures and requirements. Schedule and conduct audits of product or quality systems, produce audit reports and conduct follow-up evaluations. Perform tests for certification to applicable domestic and/or international codes, standards and compliance regulations; advise customers of non-compliance
