•Experienced developing and executing recruiting plans, managed all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement and onboarding (Visa processing/PRO coordination)
•Knowledge of UAE Federal Laws / Labor Laws.
• Creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, cold calling and employee referrals.

Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
-Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them, processing PIP.

-Primary role was to Learn, Understand and Train the new staff for 360 Degree Recruitment Process - UK/ US Division, Quality Checking - Audit.
