• Having experience in Operation and maintenance of Hospital (Hamad Medical City) with reference to HTM standards.
• Well experienced in Chillers (Air cooled & Water cooled), Cooling towers, Ozone generators, Sand separators, Chemical dosing units and Boilers (8000kg/hr).
• Having experience in operation and maintenance of medical equipments like Safety cabinets, Medical vacuum plant, Air plant, Millipore water purifiers, centrifuges, Incubators, Autoclave/Sterilizer, Medical fridge and freezers etc.

• Operation and maintenance of water cooled McQuay centrifugal chillers 2000TR capacity-13 no’s.
• Operation and maintenance of cooling towers, condenser pumps, primary chilled water pumps and secondary chilled water pumps as per the SOP.
• Provide assurance to risk management committee for water safety inclusive of Legionella, Pseudomonas and other water born bacteria.
• Responsible to schedule the chillers and its ancillaries with reference to the chiller management system.
• Responsible for chillers tube descaling programmes, evaluation of eddy current analytical reports as part of winter maintenance shutdown activities.
• Carry out servicing and maintain the 13 water cooling towers in accordance with L8 ACoP and guidance 2013, HTM 04-01, BS 8580 water quality risk assessments and HSG 274 part 1.
• Schedule annual complete strip down and overhaul of each cooling towers and conduct cleaning and disinfection procedures like dispersant circulation, disinfectant circulation and post chlorination.
• Operation and maintenance of Ozonia CFS-7 Ozone generators and condenser and chilled water chemical dosing units to minimize the feed water contamination, control TDS, pH, hard scale formers and prevent scaling, bacteria, porous deposition, corrosion and efficiency loss.
• Operation and maintenance of Cochran fire tube Boilers (8000 kg/hr capacity), Deaerator Tanks, Condensate Tanks, Softeners, Chemical Feed system and Bottom blow down tank comply with standards and best practice guidance-INDG436 safe management of industrial steam and hot water boilers.
• Ensure the preparation of all relevant risk assessments, facility improvement plan, documentation, pre-planned maintenance programmes, policies etc.
• Monitoring and reporting upon the efficiency of all implemented PPM programmes scheduled by computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and all other relevant procedure implemented by relevant departments.
• Assist the water safety audit team and responsible for suitable microbiological sampling programme for the domestic water system, steam boiler water system, swimming pools, chilled water system and condenser water system including cooling towers.
 AHU’s, FCU’s, VRF units, packaged units, Precision air conditioning units, split and window units.
 Water boilers, Calorifier units and Potable water pump sets including reservoir tanks, valves and associated controls.
 Testing of valves and calibration of gauges, hoist, thermometers and sensors.
 All auto doors, rollup doors and barriers.
 Drainage and sewage system including manholes
• Coordinated activities with architects, surveyors, contractors, planners, construction managers, etc. to manage project work
• Communicated with vendors and placed orders for raw materials as per BOQ. Provided details of the quantity and quality required for the goods as per Specification
• Received delivery of goods and compared them with the specifications mentioned in the purchase orders sent to the vendor
• Manage the man power and materials as per plan, Ensure the project to comply IFC.
• Provided assistance and gave valuable feedback in meeting the technical problems and facing the unexpected challenges
• Analyzed the data pertaining to mechanical project engineering and verified the designs planned for the structures
