 Project-requirement gathering, planning and Elicitation.
 Taking cognisance of Business requirements, consequently providing techno- functional assistance to IT and Vendors to accomplish the task on-time.
 Providing Business and Technical support to Production support team in trouble shooting issues post Go-Live. Also provided substantial support to the ADCB IT Team to make the project go live by liasoning with the vendors.

 Deeply involved in RFP process, obtaining timely project approvals so that Business expectations are met.
 Developed good understanding of the FSD and worked to provide solutions based on FSD. On the contrary kept vigilance to get all functionalities working as agreed with Vendor on FSD.

 Troubleshooting issues raised by users in Production environment thereby providing smooth flow of transactions from end to end.

 DSR and Defect Log Management are sent daily to keep management up to date with the progress of the system. Consequently, managed the Vendor to provide timely fixes to issues and the deployment team to timely deploy the patch.
 Managing and motivating resources and timely completion of tasks, complying with ADCB standards, thereby enhancing contribution to business performance.
 Organized and supervised the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved, and business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
 Participated in meetings with management and users and helped them to draft business model.

 UAT planning- Developing UAT plan for each change project.
 Test analysis and design.
 Test preparation and execution.
 Prepared Technical flow process documents which will be helpful for new inductees in the team during trouble-shooting and their daily production work.
 Providing regular UAT progress statistics/reporting to senior stakeholders.
 Obtaining required UAT sign offs from business/key stakeholders.
 Providing regular DSR in terms of test progress, defects raised/closed, tracking against milestones etc.
