Based on 90% Email Correspondence, with Client, Origin/Destination office and within Organization
▪ Coordination with Sales and Line Manager for new FOB, Cross Trade booking and Quotation.
▪ Placing/follow new booking with origin office with Carrier choice and Terms
▪ follow/Correspondence with customer and team for booking confirmation, schedule, Delay, Arrival, DO/Clearance, invoice and change of destination and any problem etc.
▪ follow and proceed administrational work within office, updating, day to Day activity in system (CIEL/ERP) buying selling rates, checking carrier/supplier invoice, cheque request, and closing file on time etc.
▪ weekly Team meeting with manager to follow progress and develop new plan to enhance productivity and reduce cost.
Plan all import and Export shipment delivery on time.
▪ Coordination with operation Dept (Clearance, Export, import and Cross Trade)
▪ Arrange MHE and human resource for project and follow to complete task on time.
▪ Quote for FCA and non contract shipment
▪ Coordination with other 3PL to hand over shipment and make all arrangements for delivery.
▪ monitoring files and their tasks, and close files on time.
GRADE: 2nd Division with outstanding list of student.
