- Leading Channels Management Department including online and offline media investments

- Translate commercial and brand strategies into yearly tactics and media buying strategies, driven by offline, digital, retail, on-ground, and direct channels for performance management purposes

- Coordinate with Campaign Management team and media agencies in order to develop, review and update media campaigns in accordance with strategy

- Supervise media campaigns success/performance and liaise with Customer Experience to evaluate impact on customers

- Supervise reviews and discussions in order to produce communication concepts, plan and briefs

- Monitor the performance of agency and recommend contract renewal based on results
