• Working as a Technical Support Analyst by solving technical issues for our company clients’ related to All ESRI products.
• Provide high-quality Esri (Tier-1 Support) to end users of Esri software to solve technical problems quickly In UAE.
• Identify, understand, and recommend solutions for customer.
• Develop and create documentation used to partner with software development teams to troubleshoot issues and evaluate solutions.
• Handle user issues to determine or recommend software changes to programmers.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS Desktop and its extensions.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS Server 10 x, ArcGIS Online, Portal of ArcGIS and ArcGIS Explorer, ESRI Maps for Microsoft Office.
• Direct interaction with the client to improve the quality of the Process,
• Acting as interface between Client and Planning, Design, GIS, Implementation teams,
• Preparing documentation support to regulatory, Conducted initial trainings for new entrants,
• Determining the OSP FTTx design standards and rules and applying them to the design tools,
• Giving training on how to use ArcGIS to generate and export designs for ISP, Fiber, and FTTx
• Giving Training for OSP & ISP Updating of FTTx Projects in GIS.
• Implements work plan and assigns tasks to GIS team.
• Confers with the team to outline work plan and to assign duties and responsibilities.
• Manages and tracks activities of project team to ensure GIS project deliverables are progressing on schedule.
• Confers with project team to provide technical advice and to resolve problems as needed.
• OSP & ISP data capture activities on ArcGIS & CAD platform.
• Assisting planners in planning the transmission network and port to port connection of the equipments with the help of GIS.
• Creating Work Orders for the team members.
• Asset Mapping GIS Tool handling
• QC/QA of FTTx OSP/ISP GIS updating.
• Conversion of Data from ESRI formats to CAD formats, from CAD format to ESRI Format.
• customizing ArcGIS tool to speed up Attribute data checking.
• Providing Digital and Printed Maps to survey teams.
• Designing OSP/ISP.
• Updating of fiber Cables using ArcGIS,
• Checking connections of Cables, Ducts in ArcGIS,
• Preparing Civil Reports for proposed Ducts, Manhole, Joint Box
