• Maintain constant external & internal stakeholder interaction for requirement analysis and verification.
• Conduct project feasibility studies, project financial assessments using advanced tools and techniques.
• Prepare and present Milestone reviews to Top management for project support .
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, regulatory & legal standards for the new products and processes by relavant reviews.
• Plan and Execute Product launches.
• Plan, monitor & control project schedule, budget, risks, communication & quality.
Reporting to Asia Technical Manager
Technical lead in Indian market for Elastomers and Resins products to Auto, consumer, electrical and life sciences markets.
Establish and maintain the Rubber development and application lab in India.
Work closely with sales, marketing and global technical team to build a robust product portfolio for the local market.
Make presentations in conferences and trade fairs.
Work with local specification bodies and professional institutes.

Business plan development and implementation for Industrial products.
Product promotion, negotiation and deal closures with key accounts.
Providing technical Service to the customers in the Middle East.
Vendor identification and development for Industrial products.
Design and development of rubber products
