Undertaking overview supervision duties on-site to ensure general compliance of the
works with shop drawings, specification and contract requirements and when the
necessary cause to address deficiencies associated with the same.
Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements
and when the applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.
Report on a daily basis to the Senior Site Architect on all activities occurred on site.
Assist the Senior Architect in all aspects of the final Acceptance of the work and close-out
all applicable contracts related to the same.
Evaluating and resolving the discrepancies and problems arising during construction
which affect the quality of works performed
Coordinate with the team on-site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
Gives clear, concise and understandable instructions to Contractors to avoid abortive
works and errors.
Doing inspections on site on daily basis.
Worked on different Residential, commercial and Religious Projects.
Leading and supervise the design and site team.
Feasibility study of the project.
3D modeling of the projects.
Preparation of Detail drawings for the clients.
Supervision of projects.
Dealing with the clients.
Overall management of Structure and Architecture design team.
Visit sites on regular bases to solve the supervision team and contractor team issues.
Visit building sites to make sure that contractors follow the design, adhere to the schedule,
use the specified materials, and meet work quality standards.
Number of Towers: 4, Tower 1: 16 Stories, Tower 2: 15 Stories, Tower 3 & 4: 17 Stories,
Mix Used Commercial and Residential.
Responsibilities:
* Studying the drawings and coordinating properly before initiating the project.
* Site preparing by assisting the contractor and his team.
* Addressing contractor’s reservations in different stages.
* Improvised solutions for the reason to adapt to the environment and materials.
* Suggesting finishing materials for interior and exterior finishes.
* Inspect Architecture and interior works, i.e. block work, plaster work, pant work, false
ceiling, aluminum installation, wood work, and different type of wall finishing.
* Preparing Monthly progress report.
* Reviewing progress work with contractor.
* Preparing Quality report.
Architectural, Interior/exterior designing of buildings and landscape. Thesis reports. Post FLOOD HOUSE DESIGN COMPETITION.
