1. Responsible for Bidding & Contract Handling for Major potential Petrochemical Customers Like ARAMCO Vendors, SABIC, MAADEN, etc and maintaining an efficient coordination & relation with these customers.
2. Negotiations for securing Major Customer Orders complying the technical requirements.
3. Frequent Customer Visits to existing customers as well as to new customers to develop sales opportunities and diversifying customer range.
4. Conduct the Sales Analysis activities as well as providing shared market analysis services support to the Management with respect to:
Marketing Analysis
Sales Reports
5. Knowledge about Portal Handling for Major Customers like SABIC, ARAMCO, MAADEN etc
6.Identify new market trends and opportunities through external analysis
7 Performing and/or ensuring quality execution of Feasibility/Engineering Studies
8. Responsibility for production and/or approval of solution for active projects.
9 Help to determine customer requirements such that correct machines and applications can be
determined prior to quotation.
10. Follow up on maintenance and service department to meet customer’s breakdowns.
11. Ensure implementation of marketing strategies and plans in order to meet the Company’s strategies and objectives.
• Preparation of the tender from the beginning stage till the submission.
• Detailed study of the scope of the Tender Drawings, Schedule of Equipment, Specifications, Quantity take off and estimations as per the bill of quantities for tendering purposes.
• Prepare questionnaire to the consultant/Client in case of discrepancy in the tender documents.
• Mobilization of manpower for execution of the project.
• Prepare the detailed site quantity requirements based on the consultants approved drawings.
• Preparation of workshop drawing and submit to the consultant for approval.
• Preparation of material submittal for consultant approval.
• Coordinating with the back office and /or supplier towards timely delivery of materials on site.
• Floating request for inspection of installations to consultant and rectifying if any snag/comments.
• Coordination with all other services like Architectural and MEP towards successful completion of project.
• Actively participating with third party during Testing and commissioning of Mechanical system.
• Preparing appropriate documents for handing over the mechanical services.
• Designing of HVAC system including Duct sizing and air distribution system design
• Air distribution system as per ASHRAE, NFPA and SMACNA.
• Using carrier HAP, Elite software for cooling and heat load calculations
• Preparation of BOQ, project cost estimation, coordination with architect and other consultants.
• Tendering drafting, purchase order preparation, negotiations with suppliers.
• Liaison with Clients, other discipline teams and Statutory Authorities during Design
• Experienced in site supervision of Contractor’s works including review of materials and shop drawings and site inspections.
• Extensive experience of dealing with on-site co-ordination issues with Contractors including change orders, trouble shooting and reviewing the commercial impact of variations and works
