ACC is the main contractor on the 485, 000m2 Etihad Towers development. The project consists of 3
underground basement car parks (90, 000 m2) and 3 floors podium (59, 500 m2) for commercial/ retail purposes
and car parking. The 5 towers on top of the podium includes hotel, serviced apartments, offices and residences.
They range in height from 74 floors to 55 floors.
