Creating & implementing business plan that will achieve's company KPIs

Creating new partnerships with various sectors, coming up with mutual projects and implementing them with appropriate way
Ensure clear understanding within the organization of customers requests & needs by transferring feedback to the concerned entities through different channels
Coordinate with the commercial team to agree on a roadmap for commercial events and set initial action points for each event. Events should mainly focus on activations, raising awareness about products, launching new products and customer engagement creation
Executing commercial projects and tracking them to identify improvement opportunities to the planning and implementation process
Work with product owners and cross-functional teams on utilizing all internal and external communication and sales channels to reach
customers in a more efficient way
Suggest and assess new communication, sales and engagement channels that could be used to reach customers
Providing the needed coaching and training for the youth members
within the team to become our brand ambassadors in Jordanian Universities and presenting our values to the community.
Leading and managing different CSR initiatives across Jordan.
Creating youth communities across Jordan which are categorized and targeted based on interests and lifestyle.
Coordinating with the commercial team on delivering the main commercial messages throughout our different events, activities and
visits.
