- Responsible of finding and implementing solutions to client concerns.
- Participate in projects’ costing and defining their budget.

- Coordinating and managing project reporting, project reviews and project steering meetings.
- Responsible of coordinating, planning, implementing and delivering IT services to company’s key customers.
- Acting as the central point of communication for the whole site reporting to MARS KSA IT business partner
manager.
- Interacting with clients at junior and senior level to gain feedback and build relationships.
- Producing management information and reports as required by Senior Managers.
- Coordinating and conducting key client facing meetings.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to clients.
- Assisting regional support teams as required.
- Participate in weekly regional support meetings to review project status, upcoming deliverables and
address concerns.
