Participate actively in the Company business processes design, manuals and procedures revisions, and any quality certification process.
Participate actively in the implementation and application of the “Integrated Information Systems”.
Manage and administer Department functions including operating staffing, salary reviews, work assignments, performance evaluations, training, etc.
Direct the preparation and implementation of IT budgets using knowledge of corporate financial objectives and capital requirements.
Manage backup, security and user help systems.
Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
Direct daily operations of the Department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
Assign and review the work of systems administrators, programmers, and other computer-related workers.
Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.
Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
Motivate, maintain, assess and train existing and new Employees by implementing effective training and development programs to ensure continued growth of the Company
Negotiate purchase of computers and peripheral equipment such as those related to wide and local area networks, equipment maintenance services, software, communication services, and computer consulting services.
Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including server software, security software, print services and email provisions
Providing secure access to the network for remote users
Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attacks
Madina National Hospital has been honoured and privileged by being inaugurated by the late Custodian of the two Holy Mosques: King Fahad Bin Abdul Aziz AI-Saud in the year 1985.It is one of the biggest hospitals in Madina, K.S.A with 120 beds and 53 outpatient clinics. All clinics are equipped with fully automated Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Approximately 200 PCs, All modules like MRD, Inpatient, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Stores, GL, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed assets etc are available with HIS which is developed by using Oracle tools which is running on Solaris Operating System platform
